享受您的室内训练时间

I live in MN, and this winter came early with cold and snow.  We haven’t had our normal January Thaw, so it seems to be dragging on forever.  Many of us are getting tired of time riding indoors on the trainer, and are hoping for a break in the weather.   And while we hope to get outside, we know the reality is that we’ll continue to be riding indoors for quite some time.  We can look indoor cycling as a negative or as a positive.  I prefer to focus on the positive aspects of indoor training.

我住在MN，这个冬天寒冷的气候来的稍早，并下起了雪。到了一月份我们也没等到消融期，看来冬季要这样拖延下去了。很多人都开始厌烦在室内训练机上做限时骑行训练了，希望天气好起来可以放松一口气。而且当我们希望可以去户外的时候，事实却是我们得继续在室内做骑行训练。我们可以发现室内骑行有好的一面也有不好的一面。我更乐意将重点放在室内训练的正面。
